Returns Policy

At Big Red Egg, we want every teddy bear to bring joy. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if you are not 100% happy with your order.

 

How to Return

Simply send your item back to our return address with a covering note that includes your order number and reason for return.

Please ensure the bear is securely packaged and meets the eligibility criteria above.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund:

• Refunds go to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

If your item was a gift, we can issue a gift credit instead, just let us know in your covering note.

 

Exchanges

Want to swap your bear for a different one?

• Send it back with a note requesting the exchange
• We’ll confirm availability and ship your new bear once we receive the original

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your teddy bear arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Include photos if possible
• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
